About Dani

Dani SpiesDani Spies, HHC, AADP is an L.A. based Health & Food Coach and an ACSM Certified Fitness Trainer. 
She is a graduate of The Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City and holds a B.A. in Psychology from William Paterson University.
 
What's my cooking style?
Clean and Simple!
I stick to the basics of cooking using whole, natural, unprocessed foods most of the time.  I find there's no need to get super fancy in the kitchen to make good food taste great!

What's my cooking Philosophy?

"Focus on the positive"
It's all about striking the right balance... there's room for everything in a healthy kitchen!
Rather than focusing on all of the things we think we need to eliminate from our kitchens, I prefer to focus on the abundance of d'lishes and nutritous foods that we get to incorporate!!

I created this site as a platform to reach others wanting to learn more about nutritious ingredients and simple cooking techniques. I use both written recipes and short videos to demonstrate how easy this can be.
