Happy "OMG I can't believe it's FR#$**IN December" guys!! I thought I'd kick the month off with something we'll be seeing a lot of this season... a little sweet treat. But have no fear, my "Feel-good Chocolate Truffles" are not the devilish little suckers they might appear to be.
These little guys are the easiest, most satisfying, little sweet-treats I have ever met and all they take are two measly ingredients... that's it!!
If you've got ten minutes, a sleeve of Fiber One and a bag of choclate chips you could be enjoying these Hay Stacks in the next 30 minutes!

Tis' the season to jump into the kitchen and whip up some of your favorite goodies... right??
These little goodies are SO GOOD. It's funny because they taste exactly like rice crispy treats BUT there is no marshmallow involved... huh?! Go figure!
