Sandy :
Hey Dani,
Here I am again! Love your recipes!
Fresh tuna is not always available here in Australia, we had run out of wasabi powder, and had no spring onions (scallions) - so my cook tonight - under my insructions (husband!) - used a tin of tuna in springwater, added wasabi paste and red onion instead and it was delicious. Thanks for the great ideas.
Although I have 3 published recipe books myself, I keep coming back here to see what you have uploaded to watch next!
Keep the great work up!!

Sandy - I love to hear how you adjust the recipes to what you have on hand, you are very creative in the kitchen! I need to get myself a husband that cooks...although my hubby does do the dishes, so I guess I can't complain:)!

Hey Dani, I think any recipe can be modified depending on what you have on hand. The basic flavours can be used with most things- be it seafood, poultry, tofu, veggies, etc etc.
My husband makes the worst mess in the kitchen. I just have to leave the room and try to approach it in the morning with an open mind - it created something nice to eat last night!!! I just remember that we had a nice meal - and that I taught him everything he knows to cook us a great meal ;-)

Sandy - That's true. I just love to see how others bring their own twist to a recipe! Your husband is lucky...he has a great teacher!

Hi, Dani,
I like your video very much. This recipe looks fantastic - tuna with wasabe paste! I will give it a try by wrapping the tuna in steamed rice, for my son isn't much for the bread.
