Rosemary & White Bean Dip - VIDEO
This dip goes great with chips, veggies or even as a simple sandwich spread so give it a shot and don't forget to spread plenty of love with the bubbly.

Rosemary & White Bean Dip - VIDEO
Ingredients
2 cloves of garlic1 tsp. fresh rosemary leaves
14 oz. can of cannellini beans, rinsed & drained
Juice of half a lemon
Salt & pepper to taste
A tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Pulse your garlic and rosemary for a few seconds in a food processor.
Add your white beans, lemon juice, salt, pepper & olive oil into the processor and pulse until smooth. If you like your dip to be a little thinner, feel free to add a splash of water or a little more olive oil.
Enjoy!
