Guacamole - Video

When it comes to eating out, Mexican is my all time favorite food!  If I had to pick a last meal it would be margaritas with chips, salsa, and guacamole! Yum... just thinking about it makes me happy!

I love making guacamole when friends come over because it's a fun food! Plus everyone loves it and it's always the first thing to go!

Monique :

That was easy! I've never tried guacamole before - but I love avocados - so I think I'll make the recipe and give it a try.

Monique - I love avocados too and believe me, it doesn't get much easier than guacamole!! Definitely give it a try...and let me know what you think!

Hey DANi i love all your recipes im actually a recent highschool graduate and bound for college so making food is kinda something i need to learn how to do and your foods are great, quick and fun to make! especially since i hate cooking, but love eating homemade.
one question i have is what is scallions?

i have never had that before and where can i get them?

sara

Sara - I'm so glad you enjoy the recipes!
you may know scallions by a different name...they are also called spring onions or green onions. They are young onions with a white base and a long green stalk. Scallions are much milder than onions.
Hope that helps!
