No Bake Apple Pie - Video
Basically this is a ten minute stove top version of home made apple pie. Yep. It has all of the flavors and textures of apple pie, except there is no rolling out the dough or waiting while the pie bakes. Nope. This is apple pie provides instant gratification, and who can't use a little instant gratification every now and then?
Enjoy!

I am definitely going to try this, it looks terrific. I might top the whole thing with a little round of puff pastry though. But that would kind of kill the no bake thing, huh? lol But I figured while I'm cooking the "pie" on the stove for 15 minutes I could be browning the puff pastry in the oven.
Please keep making videos everything you prepare looks fantastic.

Dani, I made this last night for my brother and I, and we both LOVED it! Especially my brother, which is saying something because he is a really picky eater and doesn't really like desserts. Thanks!
