baby ann :
hello! im frm the philippines and ive discovered your site through yahoo video. i found it really nice and interesting (although we don't have some of your ingredients) i'll try some of them still, like substituting yellow banana (lacatan) to your chocolate covered strawberry....
ive noticed too that you've used not the "really ripe" mango, instead, a what we called here is an "apple mango"...anyways i will still try that, maybe it gives a diffirent taste than the usual mango shake-with- something....
hey, i'll give you another "4-season-shake"
a semi-equal share of each:
ripe mango
melon
pineapple
freshly squeezed orange
honey to taste
and crushed ice
it is called "summer"
hope you'll enjoy it as i enjoy watching you and learning from you.
looking for some muffin recipe... God bless!

Hi Dani!
I visited earlier today but I have a question this time. I tend to be busy with four kids, one being a disabled child. I end up skipping meals sometimes and prefer smoothies to heavy mid day meals. I was using a Whey protein powder but I find it's not as balanced as a meal replacement protein powder. Do you have any suggestions on a good tasting and balanced powder with an energy boost? If so I'd appreciate the suggestion. :)
Thank you!
Laurie

Laurie - I'm not super familiar with meal replacement drinks. The only one that I do use sometimes is myoplex lite. It has a more balanced ratio of protein, carbs, and fat and is not packed with sugar. It comes in a bunch of flavors and I really like it, but like I mentioned before, I don't have much to compare it to.
