Kristi's Favorite Tuna Pasta Salad - VIDEO
Remember that left over pasta we had last week from our Pasta Fagioli?? Well, here's a great way to use it up...try Kristi's favorite tuna pasta salad!
It's quick, easy, and makes the perfect lunch to pack for school or work!
Kristi's Favorite Tuna Pasta Salad - VIDEO
Ingredients
- ½ lb any small pasta
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 3 stalks of celery, diced
- 2 cans of tuna packed in water
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp. light mayo
- ½ cup plain fat free yogurt
- Salt and pepper to taste
Serves 4-6.
Directions
Combine onions, celery, and tuna, in a bowl.
Stir in pasta, mayo, yogurt, salt and pepper.
Combine well and adjust seasonings. Enjoy!!
