Baked Salmon with Dill
Four words: SO GOOD, SO EASY!
I'm telling you guys, if you are looking for quick, healthy, weeknight food you HAVE TO add some fish to the menu. I topped some wild salmon with a teaspoon of olive oil, dill, and salt and pepper and twelve minutes later, it was done! DONE!
I love the combination of salmon and dill which is probably why the few salmon recipes that I have posted are with dill:).
Remember, wild salmon is packed with Omega-3's (the good fats), so it is a great addition to a nutritious kitchen!
I served this with my Cabbage with Dill and Peas and would definitely reccomend this quick combo the next time your looking for a weeknight meal.
