Seafood Pocket Guide

Whenever I can find a tool that helps make "nutritional science" a little easier, I'm all over it!

I included this link in my newsletter this week but wanted to make sure that those of you who do not subscribe could still benefit from this helpful guide.

This pocket-sized guide will help you make quality seafood choices when eating out OR at the grocery store.  I just keep it right in my wallet so I don't need to waste any of my precious brain space trying to memorize the "do's" and "dont's" of seafood.
